The family of the late Frances Katherine Hogue (Pace) of Ecum Secum Bridge are very sad to announce her sudden death at The Queen Elizabeth II Hospital Halifax, Nova Scotia on March 11, 2024.
Kay is survived by her Daughter – Mona Phillips (Scott Dacey), Grandson – “Pride and Joy” Alex Phillips (Tony Wellwood – known to Kay as “Lucy”), Her Chosen Granddaughter – Emma Gray, Sister – Gail Bartlett (Ralph Hartlen), Sister – Peggy Romans (Bill Romans), Brother – Ken Pace (Marie Pace, Deceased), Brother - Art Pace (Rose Pace, both Deceased), Brother – Fred Pace (Deceased), Danny Publicover (Sister - Velva Publicover, Deceased).
Kay’s Parents were the late Alex and Bertina Pace. She is also survived by two Great Nephews - Shawn Birt and Lucian Romans Boutilier they were the “Apple of Her Eye”. Also remembered and greatly missed by her sidekick Beulah Croft who was her friend for 59 years.
Service will be Saturday March 16,2024 at St. Peters Anglican Church, 346 Cow Bay Rd, Eastern Passage, NS at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow downstairs in the church hall.
