PRIME, Marjorie May

Digby / Central Grove, NS

August 22, 1937 - July 18, 2024


PRIME (Boliver), Marjorie May ~ age 86 (August 22, 1937 – July 18, 2024) of Digby, formerly Central Grove, NS passed away peacefully in Tideview Terrace, Digby, surrounded by her loving family.


Born in Little River, NS, she was a daughter of the late Everett and Claribel (Meisner) Boliver. Marjorie loved being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She devoted her life to raising her family and was proud of all of their accomplishments. Marjorie was a very caring and thoughtful person and always gave the best hugs. She was an excellent cook and loved watching others enjoy her food.


In later years, Marjorie enjoyed playing SkipBo and Bingo, she also enjoyed singing along and listening to country music with her Tideview family.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughters, Yvonne (Leonard) Howard, Central Grove; Andrea Denton, Little River; son, Randall (Aneta) Prime, Coldbrook; son-in-law, Dean Langdale, White Rock; grandchildren, Clifton (Melissa) Langdale, Falmouth; Jonathan Langdale, White Rock; Nicole (Steve) Whynot, Falmouth; Vera (Josh) Comeau, Little Harbour; LaReta Denton (Allan Conrad), Lower Sackville; Lorena Howard (James Cook), Digby; Ryan Prime (Jennifer Comeau), Coldbrook; Sidney Denton (Shelby Scott), Little River; Jason Howard (Michelle Lindsay), Tiverton; great grandchildren,  Nathan, Sawyer, Kyle, Lachlan, Joel, Lilah, Rory, Maia, Bryar, Olivia, Juniper and Oliver.


Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Clifton; daughter, Norma; son-in-law, Curtis Denton; sisters, Lillian, Norma, Margaret; brothers, Carmen, Forrest and Phillip in infancy.


Visitation will be held from 1:00PM until service begins at 2:00PM Tuesday, July 23, 2024 in Freeport Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Long officiating. Interment will be in Brookside Cemetery, Freeport. The family would like to thank Tideview Terrace for the love and care that Marjorie received during the past 12 years.
