We are saddened to announce the passing of Audrey Reta (Wright) Fraser on October 14, 2024. Born October 30th, 1933. Formerly of Elmsdale, Halifax and recently Bridgwater.

Daughter of late Walter and Florence (Parker) Wright of Upper Nine Mile River Hants County.

Audrey was mother to Joseph and his wife Debbie (Benvie) Fraser and Peter and his late wife Wendy (Boyd) Fraser.

Grandmother to Jody Fraser, Joshua Fraser, Simon Fraser, Stephanie Croft and Samantha Goodfellow. Also great grandmother to Emily, Sarah, Olivia, Niomi, Neely, Logan and Owen. She leaves behind two sisters Mary White and Rosalie Blois.

Audrey was predeceased by brothers Edsen and Norman, and sisters Marg and Doreen.

Audrey was most proud of the fact that she graduated in nursing in her early forties, with total educational achievement award in academics and clinical studies and skills.

Audrey had always wished to have her body donated to the Dalhousie Medical School.
