Donna Denise Starrett 63 of Dartmouth Nova Scotia has passed away peacefully on December seventh at the VG hospital with her daughters by her side.
Donna is survived by her father Jim Rhyno, mother Mary Isabelle Rhyno, brothers Ross (Lindsey) and Arthur (Sue). Her four children Melanie (Michelle), Amanda (Mike), Julia (Tim), and her son Scott who she was very close with and adored. Donna has five grandsons MJ, Avery, Nicholas, Christopher, and Timothy to which she loved so incredibly much. Donna is also survived by many nieces and nephews that will miss her greatly as well.Â
She was pre deceased by her sister Mary and step father Perry (William) along with some truly great friends.
Donna loved and played darts for decades and even traveled around Canada while being a part of team Nova Scotia and had some amazing times. She was a huge fan of Christmas and a trip to her house during the holidays was all the evidence you needed as she took her decorating very seriously especially with her love for father Christmases.
Donna loved her weekly dart leagues and crib games with her mother who she was very close with. She enjoyed her Sunday night rummoli games with the girls and would never refuse a cup of tea and a game of Yahtzee or skip Bo with anyone that would come to visit.
Donna will be missed by those who loved her and the people who got to know her.
